"Overall, it's a great company to work for. They have lots of large firm resources but with a small firm mentality. A lot of opportunities to take on additional responsibility and grow as a professional. My only complaint is that the structure of the organization is too robotic. You are likely to get paid pretty much the same as those in the company with similar years experience regardless of your individual performance or responsibilities. Making it to the top is a matter of playing the system and biding your time."
