"Due to the economy and company downsizing, I rated answers lower than usual, as this is my first experience of being unemployed."

What do you like about working at E & H Construction?

"I had full control of my projects from estimating, contracts,managing,scheduling and close out. The owner hired me so he would not have to get involved in the day to day activities."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"According to President of company they will not be hiring until the backlog picks up, and he said that appears to be end of 2010."

What don't you like about working at E & H Construction?

"Upper management was looking at the bottom line and I let go due to the poor economy as EH hardbid project and I the work backlog dropped to very few projects in which family members handled."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Manage with an emphasis on keeping peolple employed even it it means short term pay cuts.I was given an excellent Letter of Recommendation as 2009 was the first time ever since company was formed that they had to lay off office personell."
