EGIA Employee

"An excellent company to grow your skillset and learn new products, systems, technologies and be involved in life-cycle development at any employment level depending on work center/department. This is a launchpad company, with long-term stability. One item of note is that there are not many opportunities for upward mobility aside from entry-level leadership positions. In order to progress within this company, someone else usually must leave."
