"The Board of Directors failed to see the down spiral that the former CEO took the company in. This company could have survived were it not for some very bad decisions."

"Space Coast Credit Union merged with Eastern. Most management is gone as and many employees laid off."

"It use to be a great place to work, the new ownership has made it impossible for employees to survive in this tough economy."

"Hire back EFFCU employees and management staff."

"At EFFCU the customers as well as fellow employees make up some of the best aspects of this work place. EFFCU also offered outstanding benefits and places a strong emphasis on quality customer service. EFFCU has been the recipient of numerous awards relating to the quality of its workplace."

"Its a great place to work, I would recommend that any candidate seeking employment to be well qualified and open to working in a very flexible and overly relaxed environment with little direction or leadership. The candidate must be a leader with a good sense of self motivation and patience."

"Coming from a larger and more professional corporate background, I found it challenging to adhere to a more relaxed and casual atmosphere. The company lacked adequate training and performance practices, as well as the ability to build strong and effective senior management teams."
