"Edwards promised me a lot when I was hired. Turned out they are a good ole boy company. If upper management likes you, you will go far, if not, you need to move on to a different company. There was no training, but when you make a decision, and it is wrong, they yell at you for not knowing."
"Company has just set up a new building in Hillsboro and undergone a reorganization starting back in Jan, 2019. From this time til now, the communications from upper management has been sparse and seems to change when they do discuss it. I am hoping it settles out soon and gets better, but many people have left recently citing the uncertainty of the workplace."
