"I worked with AFTC for 2 years focusing on weapons integration and testing. It is difficult being at Edwards as a 20-something as there is not much around (at it’s extremely hot). There are growth opportunities in terms of salary (GS or NH levels), but after the first two promotions, things get pretty slow to move. My colleagues were absolutely brilliant and there is no shortage of ability to move to different departments. Overall great learning experience and opportunity to network with government employees and officers."
