"Demographics are great but you have to understand them before you use them. A tourist community with 10,000 homes but 3,000 full time residents is not a true demographic."

"They want your book, just like everybody else. Payout a lot less... If you are that good, your own office better at LPL or Raymond James..."

"Limited by the products I can offer. Not always appropriate for clients. Not fare to advisor because of SRO rules."

"Should let advisers to start calling first before door knocking, specifically in the NE."

"This company has core values that resonate through all the employees. I have never seen or worked in such a great environment. Everyone at every level is always willing to help you in any way possible."
