What do you like about working at EDUCAUSE?
"They give a lot of time off. They also have soda in the fridge, and their coffee is good. The workspace is high tech but somehow climate control is hard because the skinniest girl in the office controls the thermostat. Or the hot flash older women are moving it around too."

"Don't. I'd run away right now and come back when they fix things internally."
What don't you like about working at EDUCAUSE?
"The culture, the attitude against our group, the poor decisions of the management; the lack of communication upward and outward and the double standard that exists in requiring overcommunication from us."

"Learn how to manage. Don't treat people like children. Offer real benefits. Don't bait and switch with benefits."
