"I worked at EF for four years and had a great experience there. If I continued to work hard, my managers would put a great amount of trust in me and provided me with a lot of opportunity. I was lucky to get to be a part of a mission that is so relevant in today's world (getting students out of the classroom and connecting with the rest of the world)."

What do you like about working at Education First?

"The people are great and its a young vibrant company that is doing great things for students on a global level"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are looking to gain sales experience or enjoy travel this is a good company for you. Its a little churn and burn for little money, but a great place to get some experience, possibly do some international travel, work with people from many different cultures and then move on"

What don't you like about working at Education First?

"The money is a joke. They want skilled sales people who bring a lot to the table but they don't want to pay them. They're used to hiring recent college grad and paying poorly"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you want good, talented sales people you need to pay them and incent them to be on the road every week. Do weekly bonuses, recognition programs, monthly awards etc. Also provide company vehicles or a car allowance to sales people who are on the road all the time so they don't have to deal with the frustration of renting cars each week"
