  "I love seeing the look in someone's eyes when I'm teaching something and they get it. I can literally see it click in their minds. That is incredibly rewarding to see. I also like the HR side of my position. I get to teach a lot about benefits. Most people don't know what they are entitled to, it's great to help them learn more, especially if it helps them get where they want to be. My least favorable part of my job is inputting data. We have a lot of training to track."
