"Economic times have put pressure on EDGE as a contractor. Ownership involvement is minimum (could use more). The turn-over rate is quite high, which slows the process of achievement and team-building."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Emphasize that each person is a stakeholder in the company. Create a sense of ownership among employees. More team-building activities for every department (not just marketing). And keep your employees well compensated so they look forward to coming to work everyday."
