"The management imposes unattainable project completion goals and then micromanages employees until the project is complete, thus impeding the workflow and hindering performance. The IT department is also run in a way that all positions from the IT Manager through Senior Net Admins to Junior Admins have to pull help desk duty; this also impedes workflow and leads to more micromanagement, and unfinished. The IT dept is understaffed for a 700 person company and could use a dedicated helpdesk staff."
