3.8 I've been with the company for 2 years. My co-workers are great and work is always new and fresh. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Upper Management can be come off as unapproachable and cold, but the Worker-Bees are friendly, helpful and fun. Pay gaps a re huge and not determined by worth.
