"They'll treat you like a regrettable expenditure but it pays the bills and you can gain valuable experience in their I.T. department. It's a place to gain experience and then move on."

"General disdain, from top-down, of staff. Low salary, limited upward mobility and any movement is politically-motivated."

"This company would benefit from an overall philosophy change concerning work conditions and value placed on staff. Unfortunately, management can do nothing about it and they'll say I'm preaching to the choir. Only one person can make this change and it's just not the way he views things."
