"Much of your experience will be determined by the actual school you are in. I had a great experience, but I have heard horror stories as well. It isn't a great paying job, but the right school will treat you well and living is cheaper in southeast Asia."

What do you like about working at E. Bo-Young's Talking Club?

"Kids were enjoyable, but kids are enjoyable everywhere. The school was not in Seattle, WA but in Seoul of course, not far from Bucheon Station. This system doesn't give me an option to add a Korean address."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Choose another school. Seoul is ful of great schools that will offer you bonues and raises and allow you growth in your position of all types. This is a franchise and is not supervised by the main company. The owner can treat you any way they wish."

What don't you like about working at E. Bo-Young's Talking Club?

"The owner sold the school and fired me a day before Christmas vacation. I was forced to move out of the staf apartment and find a new job with no notice. Pay was awful. The accomodations were filthy. It was a nightmare."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The teachers were not paid on time. The school had few supplies. The owner was disorganized."
