"There is a pervasive culture of apathy; very limited in expertise on the myriad of products; the management does little to promote a team environment, you're literally on your own; overall EBIX is a dysfunctional environment who's CEO cares not about individual growth and advancement"

"Communicate more among the divisions so that employees know who does what at the latest acquired company"

"Make sure to record all that you do for your own records and PUSH for regular reviews with seniors. Company can too easily just move without operational regularity."

"Senior level executive support is extremely lacking and fails to follow operational processes. My direct reports were senior VPs in the organization, running to fast, having little communication or feedback, especially when critical issues arise."
