"I've worked for Eberspaecher North America Wixom, MI facility for one year. I'm looking for more challenging Quality Management positions. I'm very confident in my abilities and looking for further growth in management."
"This company would like you to believe that they are family oriented company with compassion for their employees. This is just not the case. The Wixom plant is highly disorganized unsafe place to work. They are always cutting corners and doing substandard maintenance. Preventive maintenance takes a back seat to production so they are rarely prepared for equipment break downs. The morale at the plant is one of the lowest I have ever encountered. Your life is based around the company."
