"eBags is an environment that is serious about reaching it's goals, but we like to celebrate our successes. Can be a sink or swim environment - because it is fast paced, but you will love it here if you are passionate and motivated."
What don't you like about working at eBags?
"Fast pace can wear on you. Vacation freeze from Black Friday until December 21st."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Increase staffing in IT and Design. eBags does a really good job in establishing a performance based culture, while also having fun. Could provide more opportunities for professional development"
