"I enjoyed helping the employees with there problems with their payrolls and problems with there checks. It was very satisfying when I could straighten there problems or explain to them why certain deductions were made."

"to much politics to get a permanent position there. No employee loyalty to good employee by the supervisors. But the owners are great they just need to put a little more hands on experience in the business. The pay is very low for the job you do."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To pay more attention to what is going on in there own dept and treat the temps they get in with a little more respect. Temps are people also and they help your business when you need them."
