"If you really want to design heavy equipment, furnaces, and like drafting its a good place to start. If you want money, benefits, and are half hearted about designing and drafting then don't apply."

"They pay is poor for the level of experience of all their employees unless you get a prized top position in the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For those you want to keep for the long run, pay a little bit better. You may want to increase your benefits alittle more. ( they're livable at the moment but its a company selling point to have better benefits.)"
