"The pandemic has made my company somewhat stagnant. However many places are like this due to high turnover. It can be a very productive workplace when being led properly. I don’t feel we are equally compensated for our productivity. And like most places, there is favoritism which is never a good thing. Hopefully, these issues will resolve eventually"
