"EASI is a division of Aerotek, and has engineers on staff & contract, and for the most part strive to do a good job for their clients, and they treat their people very well, and give very good support for their people when they are traveling out of town to their work sites."

"The company was good to work for, but their Project Engineers did not always have a good grasp of the project needs, and when I call in 4 times concerning problems with a worker that was working under me, they were slow to respond, which resulted in us getting kicked off a site. Another Project Engineer was much more responsive, but the client did not have a good grasp of what he needed or wanted to standardize his AGV’s."

"Fired After Just 5 Weeks On the Project 1.0 July 30, 2020 Construction Project Engineer (Former Employee) - Mechanicsburg, PA Terminated for: 1. Being lectured about “staying in my lane” – made it uncomfortable for us to ask questions, raise concerns and be engaged. My participation was reasonable, smart and insightful. 2. Program manager discouraged participation 3. Manager said he received negative feedback about my work - I was never made aware of that. When was he planning on sharing that with me? I have a right to know how I was performing. That was his job. If he knew he just sat on it. 4. HR will allow misconduct by bad actors to continue with impunity They make it very clear that you are an at will employee, no probation period....IE: they will fire you for no good reason just because they can. Most awful experience of my career."

"It's time you know this. Don't work for this temp agency. Lack of guidance. They frown on the new hire asking questions. Lack of ethics and training for new hires. They discourage engaging with the client. You are criticized for asking questions. Fired with no performance evaluation period. It's hard to believe they enable this culture. They are just a staffing company. Weak and stupid program managers and incompetent project managers. No way. Not recommended for an experienced engineer."

"It is a dynamic ambitious company that has a good representation in the state. People are set to do good business and the work environment is conducive. The wide product platform development may be fast-paced and demanding at times, but the teams' dedication overcome any perceived obstacles."

"Great people and an excellent place for many to start their careers. This is a large company that services many sectors and I can only speak for the Utilities Vertical. The ability to advance and move within the company is limited in the area I work unless you transition to working for the client."

Senior Recruiter

"The most previous two companies where I learned recruiting, EASi Engineering, and Aerotek, both owned by Allegis Group were great places to learn. The instilled the work ethic, detailed oriented, and knowledge for myself and others to really dive headfirst into this kind of role. The ability they had to take care of their employees and top performers has been matched by few from experience."

"I have worked for EASi since 2018. I have found it to be an interesting experience. They are a consulting company so the work that you do is project to project. Might not always work in the category you were hired for, so be prepared to have to learn new languages on the fly on your own time. Also might work a lot of hours to meet deadlines."
