"Have you ever heard this before? They create an atmosphere that makes it uncomfortable to ask questions and raise concerns. They discourage participating in meetings. If you ask a question they don't like such as a smart probing question, they use it against you and lecture you about "staying in your lane". max 5 days vacation. No probation period which gives them the freedom to fire you as quickly as they want. It's just a big staffing agency with low-class HR practices that enable misconduct with impunity. They are quick to fire you for no good reason, no warning or counseling.....just because they can. I was a project engineer on a construction site."
