"I've worked with Earth Footwear since 2008. Working for a small footwear company has given me experience that I would not have gotten working for many other companies. My primary duties were working closely with retail dealers and consumers in selecting proper styles to purchase and educating customers with Product related questions. I also worked closely with the Sales Team to ensure they received Sales samples to go out on the road width. I was also given the responsibility in actively training other Customer Service Representatives, as well as new hires outside of Customer Service ( so they could see what our responsibilities entailed), I am proud to have worked for a company that allowed me to expand upon my comfort zone and learn new things."
