"They can help you find positions in multiple locations, don't ask them for a lot unless you are willing to give back to the company."

"While they know much about assisting their employees, however, they do not offer adequate compensation, no 401k, terrible insurance and while they give a vacation check they don't give the actual time off."

"Allow time off for vacations, offer competitive wages to keep your employees happy. Make them feel they are part of the team."
