"I've worked for Ebix since 2006. Since then we've grown the company from $26 million in sales to over $550 million. The company has made over 30 acquisitions, both domestically and internationally over that time frame. There has been tremendous growth and opportunity for individuals at all levels of the company during this period. the company is currently experiencing rapid growth in the travel, forex and remittance businesses in Asia."

"The thing I don't like about working at EZDATA is that they do not care about the employees."

"The only suggestion I have for management is that they need to have future growth plan for every position. My position had no future growth, management told me that."

"I always suggested sr. management to create opportunities for onsite and offshore team to interact more"

"Drink heavily."

What don't you like about working at E-Z Data?

"Micromanaged, and incompetently at that. Seriously conflicted at the top levels of management. Irresponsive to clients needs, arrogant. Prepare to adopt one set of objectives and attitudes when talking to the VP of Product Development and a completely different set when talking to the CTO."

"Get on the same page. Let go a bit. Trust your employees for a change."
