"I've been with the company for 2 years. I started directly out of undergrad and was surprised to find out how wonderful the employees are at Gallo. From leadership down, everyone is always willing to go above and beyond to help you (even as a newcomer to corporate world). The work life balance and benefits are great but it's the culture and people who make this a stand out place to work. Our corporate values come through with everyday interactions and are truly valued by our employees and leadership teams. Values: Innovation, Commitment, Teamwork, Integrity, Humility, and Respect."

"Largest family owned winery and winery in the world and is privately held. They have their own glass plant. Distributes to over 90 different countries. Although the campus is not in the best location, the campus walk path is nothing like you've seen at any other campus. It's just beautiful."

What don't you like about working at E. & J. Gallo Winery?

"The location made it difficult for people outside of the winery to find employment. Modesto had a very high unemployment rate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company had three reorganizations within the year and a half I was there; I would suggest fully researching a company change before implementation to ensure it's what you want."
