"Be prepared to give in-depth answers and have an understanding of were the career may lead you so that you can have a forward vision."

What don't you like about working at Anadarko Petroleum?

"Not being able to come to a resolution about multiple vehicle incidents that I incurred."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire and train additional people not experienced in the oil and gas field as this is a great career choice and the learning curve can be steep initially."
