"The work environment, even though restricted to a Camp, and working 12 hour days/7 days a week, I enjoy the international environment I work in. Many cultures, and learning the middle eastern cultures. Also, it has afforded me to take my extended vacations to exotic locations."

"My current salary is not commensurate with my experience and workload I oversee, and salary increases are not given for good work performance. Merit raises seem non-existant. It's a 'take it or leave it' mentality because, people are expendable."

"When proposing labor rates to the USG, a good way to retain good personnel, is to include a clause for escalation."
