"I have worked at Dynamic Metals for three years. After improving my job skills as a laser operator and programmer, I have received little to no pay advancement. We struggle with our lack of scheduling, engineering support and can't get consumable machine parts. Our quality management is lacking as well as our ability to get parts to our customers in a timely fashion. If you have the ability to build a company, please join our fabrication team."
