"Don't show up on time for your interview. Heck don't even show up to begin with."

"The fact the the company doesn't care about the employee. Your work in no way will help you move up in the company."

"I would say to pay your employees more and look at how the company is run, and the education of the people who are running the company."

"Everything about it is bad. Boss is terrible. Only One Manager is nice and cares about his employees."

"I didn't like working all the evenings and weekends. It was completely opposite of when my husband worked, therefore we never got to see each other."

"Do not ask your employees to do something that you your-self are not willing to do (ie work weekends and holidays)"

"It has a fun atmosphere, and they ask you to aspire to do more constantly. I have the greatest crew in the company, and they make the job really easy."

"You really have to be willing to sacrfice anything for the store, and you have to keep an upbeat attitude no matter what they throw at you."

"While they ask you to asipre to more, they do not clearly define what more constitues. There are not rewards, and they never tell you if you are doing a good job. You just have to assume that you are doing a good job until they tell you otherwise."

"Have defined, quantifiable goals, and hold all people to the same standard."

"The interaction with customers. The ability to contact superiors when needed. The change of pace and seasons for new sales. The fact that they reconized your strengths and utilized them when needed no matter your position."

"Be open and honest about your work ethic and understand that even as a manger you will need to be able to do all jobs. Be open to working where needed"
