"I didn't like working all the evenings and weekends. It was completely opposite of when my husband worked, therefore we never got to see each other."

"Do not ask your employees to do something that you your-self are not willing to do (ie work weekends and holidays)"

"You really have to be willing to sacrfice anything for the store, and you have to keep an upbeat attitude no matter what they throw at you."

"While they ask you to asipre to more, they do not clearly define what more constitues. There are not rewards, and they never tell you if you are doing a good job. You just have to assume that you are doing a good job until they tell you otherwise."

"Have defined, quantifiable goals, and hold all people to the same standard."
