"I love the diversity at DubaI Chamber. We have a total of 50 nationalities working here who are all open minded and amazing individuals. I get to travel the entire world for bench marking visits to various Chambers of Commerce around the world."

What don't you like about working at Dubai Chamber?

"I believe I have reached the pinnacle of my career at DubaI Chamber and there is not much room left for growth. The senior most position in my career requires a person of Arabic heritage. My first language is English and I do not speak Arabic."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management needs to listen to the staff more and have a 360 perspective. Instead of a top down structure, they need to listen to everyone in the company when making important decisions."
