"I have joined the company on 2014, it is great company, good work environment and also benefits."
"I've been working at this company for a while now. Since leadership changed there have been huge changes within many departments across the company. Business in the real estate side has skyrocketed, bringing more revenue to the company. Technology wise - the company is archaic at best. Still using an outdated system for billing, and primitive customer portals by use of Sharepoint and Quickr. Current leaders are beginning to move us forward into the cloud at a rapid pace. Excellent co-workers and they make the atmosphere more bearable.Work life balance is ok. There is a lot of work all at once and if you fall behind you're going to get overloaded with it - which means working outside of work frequently. Leadership within the company is beginning to steer us toward new horizons, but there are still huge gaps that need to be filled with technology and customer service."
