"The environment is very immature due to poor relationships between stores and the corporate office. The hierarchy never takes responsibility for its short comings but insteat trickles its screw ups onto its staff. The office consists of various alcoholics whom are responsibile for the company as a whole...those of which will try to convert you to alcholism as an escape from work because you will have no personal life."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take ownership and you can make a lot of money. The more you market the more opportunity for financial growth. There will not likely be a chance for internal growth beyond the store manager level because of favoritism in the corporate office."
