They timed you for every job you did, you would get in trouble for everything. If they fire you they will fight your un-employment and you will need to apply for any financial assistance possible in order to live."

"Accountability and collaboration are key. It's good to communicate any shortcomings you may feel you have, and the company will bring you right up to speed."

What don't you like about working at DSW?

"Everyone is responsible for everything. It's a collaborative system, which comes in handy at times, but sometimes it feels like I'm picking up a lot of slack for the other associates."

"I wouldn't do anything differently. The management team is helpful, knowledgeable, and constructive."
