"DSV is a great work environment for operational staff. The company has very skilled employees and provides comfortable work stations as well as many company events for the staff. "Because I am not Danish and work for a Danish company, the opportunities for advancement are very limited."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would attempt to acquire other companies in the US that provide direct warehousing and supply chain solutions (as DSV Solutions does in most of Europe)."
