"I felt comfortable working with DST Systems. DST adopts lots of newer technologies which was a good opportunity to learn. I learned all newer technologies like Flex, Tapestry, Hibernate and I applied on my projects. I'm quiet comfortable working with colleagues and I was happy delivering my responsibilities with success."

"Work as a contractor 1st, see if you like it. Dont over sell yourself,most DST emps are homegrown employees from bottom up with no outside worldly skills, no Collage, no training ect."

"Working nights and weekend, must have now. No personal life allowed. More bosses above me then members on my team.."

"cut some of the VPs jobs, stop sending jobs overseas. Plan the work and work the plan."
