"The mananger of the department that I worked is narsusistic and he played faverits."

"The CEO of ADMO Inc. has a good handle on what it takes to run his company. There are things about running the company that I don`t know. So I don`t know."

"Be aware of where there is road construction and where there are events that will create traffic problems."

"It didn't help in preparing me in my studies or in my gaming abilities."

"None. The work was simple. Go to the auction where a car had been bought. Get its papers and driving permits amd drive it to the overseas shipping point. Turn the car and its papers over to the receiving person."

"My routes took me all over four counties, I got to meet many people from a variety of different lifestyles."

"Don't worry about the contenets of the trucks, focus on your driving abillity. They'll teach you how to handle the products."

"Dragging a 150' hose through the snow around houses was sometimes very difficult."

"Try not to runn so many stops in the mountains at once."

"watch what they say about the lease program, and home time. is poorly run. no one knows who is doing what."

"never got home time when I needed it. no communication with anyone."

"work on training your staff. with better communication between personal."

"Coworkers help each other to develop out of necessity, in the absence of a structured progressive plan."

"None. They will hire anyone who can pass a drug test and DOT physical."

"The managers have no supervisory skills, are unable to create a working schedule and lack the intellect to create a positive vision to follow. The environment is pathetically negative and is the worst place I have ever worked."

"Quit. Allow room for someone to make this distribution center a success. Respect the employees balance between work and life and not expect them to work with no 'end time' in a schedule."

"Great benefits and vacation time. Every year you can change what you do in order to keep the job from getting stale."

"No real advice. The personnel lady is very friendly, so nothing to really be nervous about."

"It is rare to have set hours. They usually tell you two hours before that you have to be at work and it's impossible to tell when you will get off."

"If you do your work in a timely manner, you will have no problems from management."
