The lack of support and ability to perform my job duties has greatly been affected by the fact that there is no real manager in place at the facility in Houston, TX that I support."

"Be attentive, and know machining and casting component parts with the ability to generate solid models and assemblies."

"Nothing really. I was offered a better sallary and bennifits at another place and wish I hadn't left now."

"Demand better quality parts/components from vendors or get other vendors. Could also return to making those parts yourself."

"Industry is in a state of flux with many acquisitions/mergers causing uncertanty inthe work place."

"Dresser Rand has done a lot of down sizing over the years, it always made me wonder if they would just close the doors."
