"Dress for Success is a wonderful international organization that does amazing work for women who are unemployed or underemployed. They partner with many different agencies to support women by providing appropriate clothing, whether that is hospital scrubs, jeans and a tshirt or a new suit. They also do employment training, worker development and offer access to credit repair and other types of help. Unfortunately, the person who has taken over the organization from the founders isn't the best manager. She seems great at raising money and at making the organization look good, but the employees are very unhappy because she doesn't listen to them. She doesn't communicate well and she has a dictatorial management style. It's unfortunate, as they have lost great employees directly as a result of the current Executive Director."
