"Trust no one DraftFCB. Get as much $ as you can. Insist on at least 4 weeks vacation a year. Take all of your vacation early in the year, because if you wait they will cheat you. Tell the labor board if they make it difficult for you to reimburse your company expenses - it is illegal. Document everything - you will probably want to sue them when you leave."
