"I've worked as a Superintendent for DR HORTON in the Bay Area. The culture is a push push push culture and the pay is OK, nothing special. Upper management was pretty good since they all came through the trades so they were easy to communicate with, but they don't necessarily follow through on their promises. Most of the time you feel like you're on your own and teamwork can be set to the side."

"Dr Horton has been for the most part a great company to work for. I have learned a lot from a lot of amazing people. I did however find that upper management has a disconnect with its builders. Some decisions made seemed more to benefit themselves rather than the company as a whole. I believe in having a family outlook where we all try to achieve success and help everyone reach that platform. Having been the head of a corporation before I understand that everybody has an important role in our success. Showing respect for and giving employees the tools they need to succeed in their roles should be a priority."
