Downstream Employee

"I have worked for downstream for nearly a year. There are about 70-80 employees worldwide - most based in Portland. The projects and products they create are very exciting and beautiful. However, they do have their growing pains, most of which deal with senior leadership. In short, they lack direction from the top and it leaves the rest of us wondering what the game plan for the company's present and future are. This, in turn, has led to unrest and instability within the company culture. I would caution anyone thinking about working there to consider that before commencing employment with them."
