"'Be worked for the Dover Area School District for over 20 years. The District tries very hard to overcome its fiscal limits and compete with surrounding districts with higher socioeconomic levels. For the most part, it succeeds. Leadership has been uneven and rapidly changing over the last few years, but current leadership seems stable, supportive and working to build a sense of community. We have 4 elementary, an intermediate school and a high school."
