What do you like about working at Best Buy?

"Working environment. They kept me busy and allowed me to do my job to the best of my ability."

What don't you like about working at Best Buy?

"How the jobs were scheduled. Sometimes they would schedule a job that was completely out of my route and I would be late or unable to show up and this would upset the customer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"We need to get better about scheduling service calls. We do not want to look bad in the eyes of our customers."

"Different people, different day, I like getting in my geek bug and go to different customers in different locations, makes it not boring."

"It is a good start point, without it, I wouldn't have gotten my current position."

What don't you like about working at Geek Squad?

"It is still retail oriented, people are unhappy with the store or overall experience and they get it out on you as soon as you walk into their homes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should treat Geek Squad double agents as pros, not school kids."
