"This is a wonderful company to work for. I realize there are always office politics to deal with, no matter where you go. If you can accept that, going in, then you will be just fine."

What don't you like about working at Dorsey & Whitney?

"The management was not what it should have been. The entire staff was afraid of the office manager and that left us all in the precarious situation of feeling we had no one to go to."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find an office manager that does not pick favorites and outcast and/or pick on the others."
