"Watching students grow as individuals and succeed in their chosen fields."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask about employee benefits and turnover rate. Instructors are contract employees and have no job security or benefits at all. The pay is unfair. We had medical doctors making less than medical assistants with no formal college degrees."

What don't you like about working at Dorsey Schools?

"Company completely lacks ethics. They will do or say anything to meet their numbers. Treat employees with a total disregard of professionalism. The turn over rate is extraordinary. I had eight different managers in a five year span."

"Corporate interaction is lacking. There is minimal support and awful communication."
