"Company has downsized to a skeleton crew of 10. Don't think they'll be interviewing anytime soon."

"Work environment. Very corporate(located in a bank building), Cubicle workstations for most creative dept."

"Nourish and encourage outside-of-the-box thinking. Let Creatives be Creative, Take teams outside once in a while(field trips, museums, etc.,) to spark creative thinking. Let people laugh out loud sometimes."

"Difficult to move up, raises and reviews are rare, resistance to change until recently."

"To support your employees better and listen to what they have to say. Don't take credit for your employees work-give credit where credit is due. Pay them better and they will stay longer-turnover is too high."
