"I don't like the hours you have to put in. The lack of support from upper management/corporate. The unrealistic expectations that the company has. They expect you to work 7 days a week for pennies. They also are horrible at giving feedback. They sell you a lie to get you in the door. The company is just full of it. Managers are nothing more than glorified stockers."

"Try to live up to some of those lies you sell in the interview. Be more realistic in what you expect. Offer some support to your managers... then maybe they can support their staffs."

"The pay. Equal opportunity was a challenge. Employees submit their medical package and if they're lost the problem is your fault, not the insurance department, then you get penalized for their error, then you either have to wait for next open enrollment or pay a penalty."
