What don't you like about working at Dole Fresh Flowers?
"Was told to design outside of the box and when I did was told it couldn't be done. There was partiality instead of equality. I was lied about by one of the vendors from another company when we were out in the field and it caused my sales person and boss to come down on me pretty hard without them hearing my side of the story. Boss was not a designer and did not have a design background."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be more open-minded about design and implementing the design techniques for companies. Being more trend-forward."
